since i have literally never done one journal style, and the recent week has pushed me into nearly 13k comments. I FEEL IT IS TIME FOR A QUESTIONS MEME. please. ask and ye shall receive.

You know, rather recently. Haru was talking to C about the future. She...doesn’t have a set path in mind? But right now a “path” really isn’t what she is looking for. She has no intentions of leaving, she has no intentions of doing things too much differently than she is now.

Her current goal is to make friends with A, try to understand him a little more. Give him the chance that before she wasn’t willing to give him. Which is turning out okay! While they haven’t had any deep and meaningful conversations. She is noticing that they are spending a little more time together and that much is a step in the right direction.

As for Joker and Fox...she wants to keep being happy with them. Doing things that make them happy, being with each other if it makes them happy. It’s not new for Fox and Prim, who have been dating prior to both of them dating Joker. But it’s new with Joker, and new having all three of them together. So she wants to tread carefully and just, keep taking each day one by one.

So will ask this of you- What does Yusuke want from the future? How has Yasuragi leaving left an impact on him in the long run?

Yusuke doesn't have any concrete future plans outside of: stay with Joker and Haru. He's fully on-board with phantom thief plans and will basically do anything the group wants to do that doesn't involve demon brain shenanigans. His image of the future involves subduing the Producers (ideally by stealing their hearts, murder also under consideration?) and then returning home to live a normal life. It's all kind of nebulous at the moment but he thinks it would be wishful thinking to imagine more than that given how uncertain their everyday lives can be. I will say that he had a moment of thinking about marriage when talking with Sol recently, and came to the conclusion of, "That sounds like a neat idea and one day I will come back to it". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As for Yasuragi, Yusuke has a few small private rituals he keeps to himself that soothe the heartache left behind from Yasu leaving and then returning as a host. Once in a while he'll get up in the middle of the night and head out into the park and just dance, by himself. (Context) It's a way to remember him and a way to let out pent-up energy, but more than once it has ended with Yusuke getting too overwhelmed and he ends up in tears. He tries to think positively when it comes to Yasuragi but there's obviously a huge current of worry and heartbreak simmering inside him. Fortunately he's able to distract himself from dwelling on this too much because he is surrounded by many people who love him and take care of him. ♥ And because imeeji life is constantly chaotic.

What is something Haru wants for herself but can't bring herself to ask for it? Whether it's from her unit, from Joker, from Fox, or just from herself.
