CR me?

Also what's one thing about Tokyo-F that is new to her, and which she likes?

So at first Sekhmet really looked up to and had quite a crush on Primrose! This was because she met her quite early on, and Primrose was immediately nice and supportive and complimented her a lot when she was very vulnerable. That has faded a bit as she met more people and got a couple of nebulous sort-of girlfriends and found other mentor-like figures and became better able to stand on her own feet, all while not interacting very frequently with Prim. PPP was horrible and traumatic for Sekhmet, and she has pretty major emotional scars from it, but it also made her more self reliant, resilient and oriented around responsibility.

Nevertheless she still genuinely likes Prim, even though she is very aware of the distance that grew up between them as a result of what happened. She did of course apologize to King, but that incident made it clear that approaching him again wasn't really going to happen, so after apologizing and explaining to the people most immediately involved, she wanted to try and be open to the other people who may have been hurt from the "splash damage" of the incident, as it were. She felt like she owed them that much, and that she still does. Opening up was very stressful for her though, and truth be told, she does feel sad and bitter, even a little angry that a certain distance grew between several people, even though it's not quite that she blames them specifically, and she also feels guilty that that bitterness exists- after all, Sekhmet did something extremely bad, even if it wasn't her own will to do so! Prim is a bit of an exception, because she does feel some bitterness and betrayal specifically towards her, because she outright told Prim about her worries that something like this might happen, and Prim comforted her and told her it wouldn't be a problem and that she would be there to support Sekhmet- and what happened instead was this polite but cold emotional barrier. It hurt her. And even though she hates herself a little for feeling this resentment, she can't help but feel it.

But because Sekhmet was very slow to trust at all- she has faith in people, affection towards people, but doesn't take for granted their own positive disposition towards her, and tries to maintain a little emotional distance, it makes it possible for her to still interact with Prim without that pain overwhelming her.

She definitely hides these feelings well in any case- she feels like she owes it to everybody to be as responsible and helpful and benevolent as possible, even to the point of straining herself a little, which is part of why she has been so politely genial with Prim since then. She needs to show people that she is not who she was at her worst, and that includes Prim, especially because she was a source of comfort for her early on.
